CareLedger ("we", "the app") helps NDIS support workers and providers record sessions, generate invoices, and track participant budgets. This policy explains how your data is handled.

Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, and authentication tokens managed by the platform.
• Provider details: business name, ABN, NDIS registration number, contact and bank details.
• Participant details: name, NDIS number, management type, plan manager contacts, and plan dates.
• Service records: session dates, times, support items, rates, and progress notes.
• Billing records: invoices, invoice lines, and payment status.

How we use data

Data is used solely to deliver the app's features, logging sessions, producing NDIS compliant invoices, and tracking budgets. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored securely by the hosting platform with row level isolation so each provider only accesses their own records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data retention

You may delete your data at any time from Settings → Delete account & data. NDIS records should be retained per NDIS practice standards; deletion is your responsibility.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data within the app or by contacting your provider. Account deletion removes all business data associated with your account.

Children's privacy

This app is intended for use by providers and support workers managing NDIS services. It is not directed at children.
