By using CareLedger, you agree to these terms. CareLedger is a tool to help NDIS providers log sessions, generate invoices, and track budgets.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of session, participant, and billing records you enter.
• You must comply with NDIS Pricing Arrangements and practice standards when setting rates and invoicing.
• You are responsible for retaining records as required by NDIS and tax law.

CareLedger provides tooling only and does not constitute legal, financial, or clinical advice. Price limits and compliance requirements should be verified against current NDIS publications.

Service availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You should maintain your own backups of critical records where required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, enter false records, or attempt to access data belonging to others.

Account termination

You may delete your account and data at any time from Settings. We may suspend access for breaches of these terms.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including billing errors or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
